To be eligible for a refund:

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

3. Items Not Eligible for Refund

4. Return Shipping
If a return is needed, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Instructions will be given via email if a physical return is required.
5. Order Cancellation

Once shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
